These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern all sales made through the online shop CappCroissantMedia.com, operated by Harmonie Martin, sole proprietor, working under the artist name Harmonie de Mieville.

Article 2 : Products and Availability

• Products available on CappCroissantMedia.com include: physical and digital books, audiobooks, digital music, merchandise, and other original creations.

• Physical products are provided via print-on-demand through Printful Inc., which handles production and delivery. Availability depends on Printful Inc.’s stock and production capacity.

Article 3 : Orders

To place an order, the buyer must fill out an online form with accurate personal details (full name, postal address, email).

The order is validated once the T&Cs are accepted and full payment is received. A confirmation email will be sent.

Article 4 : Prices

Prices are listed in euros (€), tax included (TTC), excluding shipping fees, which are displayed before the final order confirmation.

Article 5 : Payment

Payments are made via credit card or other secure methods available on the site. Secure payment is handled by third-party platforms (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).

Donations made through this site are processed via the secure platform PayPal. Purchases of physical products are handled by Printful, which also manages production, shipping, and order tracking.

Article 6 : Delivery

• Physical products are delivered by Printful Inc. or Amazon (for paperback books). Delivery times vary by destination, generally 5 to 15 business days after order confirmation.

• Digital products (ebooks, audiobooks, music) are available immediately after payment via download link or dedicated platform.

Article 7 : Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, the buyer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal.
This right does not apply to digital content consumed immediately after purchase.
To exercise this right, the buyer must explicitly notify their decision by email at contact@cappcroissantmedia.com. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Article 8 : Warranty and Liability

Legal guarantees apply to physical products (conformity and hidden defects). CappCroissantMedia is not liable for printing or delivery issues managed by Printful Inc. or Amazon.

Article 9 : Personal Data

Personal data collected when placing an order (name, address, email) is used solely for processing the order and is never sold to unrelated third parties.

Article 10 : Intellectual Property

All products are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. The buyer agrees not to reproduce or distribute any purchased content without explicit permission.

Article 11 : Disputes

These T&Cs are governed by French law. In case of dispute and failing an amicable resolution, only French courts will have jurisdiction.

Article 12 : Modifications

CappCroissantMedia.com reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. The conditions applicable are those in effect at the time of the order.
